With over 43 years of experience in the real estate profession, Brenda’s attention to detail makes her the professional to know for results. She enjoys all phases of the real estate market including Property Management, Relocation, First Time Buyers, Commercial properties, REO & Short Sales. Awarded the 100% Club, Presidents Club, and Platinum Club. Member of NARPM and NAR, and a Realtor with MLS. She also mentors independent Realtors as their broker at Bianchi Realty.

Pat keeps the staff focused on getting things done. He installs signage within 24 hours, handles photography for virtual tours, inspects vacant listings, oversees property management repairs, and acts as Call Coordinator scheduling showings across Pinellas County.

Joshua keeps the books accurate, owner statements clean, and vendor payments on time. His detail-oriented financial oversight ensures every dollar flows correctly from rent collection to owner disbursement.

Licensed since 1998 with real estate education from Bob Hogue’s School, Jennifer holds degrees from St. Petersburg College, Yavapai College, and the University of Northern Arizona, plus a non-profit management certificate. With over 20 years in management and customer service — including managing a multi-million dollar business — she also has extensive volunteer experience with Children’s Miracle Network, American Cancer Society, Ronald McDonald House, and other community causes.

Originally from Ohio with over 30 years of experience in Customer Service, Sandy is the Office Coordinator for our Property Management Team. She assists with move-in / move-out processes, marketing campaigns, file organization, lease documentation, and document scanning for compliance.

With over 15 years of experience in customer service, Jo brings attention to detail and excellent communication to every interaction. She believes we don’t just close deals — we build client relationships. Jo assists clients with search criteria updates and ongoing customer relationship enhancement.

Windsor has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve getting their DREAM HOME. With more than 3 years of customer service experience as a top-performing representative, she’s dedicated to helping clients buy and sell property while preventing the frustrations common with other companies.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Sal relocated to Lakewood Ranch, FL in 2020 with his wife and two children. Life is anchored in two pillars — family and ambition. He entered real estate after encountering subpar agents, bringing a sales background built on listening, effective communication, and thoroughness. Outside of work he pursues fitness, martial arts, and salsa dancing.

Kathy grew up in St. Petersburg and has spent most of her adult life in real estate. She has worked with builders and developers assisting with custom home design, and brings a background in office management and agent training. A multi-million dollar producer, she understands luxury homes, first-time buyers, relocation, and investors — building her reputation through caring and listening.

A full-time Realtor originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jon has been with the Bianchi Team for over 18 years. He was previously an administrative assistant at a St. Petersburg law firm and a property manager. A skilled negotiator with extensive real estate training, Jon offers services backed by guarantees: a FREE 1-Year Home Warranty, Buyer Guarantee, and Seller Guarantee.

Aubrey started in real estate in 2000, rising from Managing Broker to Partner and Owner. An Auburn University and Harbert College of Business alumnus, she specialized in investment properties and managed in Atlanta before her 10+ years in St. Petersburg, Florida. She specializes in Florida relocation, vacation and luxury properties, and short-term rental opportunities.

Scott graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1995 with dual majors in Finance and Insurance. He has personally bought and sold many properties over 14+ years and previously owned and operated a successful mortgage company for 18 years — making him well-versed in financing options.

With 20 years of experience buying and selling real estate, Szabina is an expert in buying courthouse foreclosures, renovating, and reselling them. A Licensed Mortgage Professional in various financing types, she is also fluent in Hungarian.

Originally from Minnesota, Amanda graduated in 2018 from Eckerd College with a BA in Psychology and a BA in Human Development (Clinical Psychology / Leadership emphasis). She volunteered at Pet Pal Animal Shelter and worked as a social worker for foster kids before transitioning to real estate in 2020. She has assisted in launching teams with a prior broker and in over 100 transactions. She enjoys urban homesteading, art, and exploring Pinellas County.
