3. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Bianchi Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bianchi Realty and its officers, agents, and employees from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute lies in the state and federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
