Schedule a Showing
Tour any property at a time that works for you. We offer self-showing and agent-led options.
Apply Online
Click “Apply Now” on any listing. The application takes about 15 minutes and the fee is per adult applicant.
Screening & Approval
We verify credit, income, employment, rental history, and run a background check. Most applications are decided promptly.
Sign & Move In
Sign your lease electronically, pay your security deposit and first month, and pick up your keys at our Seminole office.

ACH bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash at any 7-Eleven. Log in to the portal to set up auto-pay or one-time payments.

Report issues Day-or-night through the portal. Upload photos, describe the problem, and we will dispatch a vetted vendor.
