Approved applicants are required to complete a pet screening for each pet or companion animal prior to move-in. The process verifies vaccination records, behavior history, and helps us match the right pets to the right properties.

Six Things To Know Before You Apply
Each property owner sets their own pet policy. These are the universal rules across all Bianchi-managed rentals.
Check the Listing First
Most properties do allow pets, but each owner sets their own policy. Always confirm pets are welcome on a specific listing before applying.
Licensed & Vaccinated
All pets must be properly licensed and have all shots required by statute. Be prepared to show documentation at move-in.
Spayed or Neutered
All pets must be spayed or neutered. Documentation from your veterinarian is required as part of the screening process.
No Aggressive Breeds
Breeds with a disposition for aggressive behavior are prohibited across all Bianchi-managed properties for the safety of our residents and neighbors.
Size & Number Limits
Most properties have restrictions on the number of pets and the size of the pet. Always check the specific listing for that property’s rules.
Photo & Records Required
Be prepared to provide a photo of your pet plus vaccination records during the PetScreening.com application.

Service animals and emotional support / companion animals are always welcome regardless of an individual property’s standard pet policy. We follow all federal and Florida fair housing requirements.

Bianchi property owners are backed by a written guarantee. If a screened pet causes damage beyond normal wear, we cover up to $1,000.
